Returns & Replacement

Our endeavour is to make sure that all orders reach customers as per their expectation. However, we understand that sometimes goods received by customers come in damaged due to transit. Hence we have a simple replace, return and refund policy to ensure that all customers have a satisfactory experience with us.

Manufacture or transit damage goods
We go an extra mile to ensure that we maintain high quality of products that we deliver. In an unlikely event that you receive a damaged artwork from us we will replace it at no extra cost.

In case, delivered product breaks due to defect in manufacturing or broke during transit, please provide photographs within 2-3 days of receiving the product to info@oliveartz.com.au. Once we receive photographs, we will replace the item or we can process a refund if you desire. Please allow us for extra 15 days to process the replacement or refund.

 It on the sole discretion of Olive Artz to determination whether a product breakage is due to a manufacturing or transit damage. In case of refund, Olive Artz will not be responsible for any charges by the bank or third party to fulfil the refund. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Missing after delivery
Olive Artz can’t be held accountable for a missing item, if it has been delivered without being signed and goes missing afterwards. We would recommend you to provide a safe location to leave the artwork in case there is no one available to receive the delivery. Please provide a different address for delivery in case there is no safe place to leave the item.

Change of mind
All our customers love the art they purchased from us, however if you bought an artwork that doesn’t fit your requirements or you had a change of mind. Please confirm the situation to us within 24 hours of receiving it and return the item to our location with its original packing within 15 days. You would receive store credit in exchange, valid for one year from the date of issue. Inform us at info@oliveartz.com.au.

The returned artwork needs to be in ‘as new’ condition as received and with all original packaging. As every item is made to order you would be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the artwork price, and the balance would be your store credit valid for one year. It is buyer’s responsibility to bear the cost of return postage and ensure secure delivery of the goods until they reach us. Olive Artz reserves the right to return the goods to you, if the goods received are not in ‘as new’ condition as expected.

Buyer can only use Change of Mind returns policy once in any order cycle and use of store credit is not eligible for exchange.

Artwork prints exclusively customised (size, shape, colours and material etc.) as per buyers requirement won’t be included in Change of mind return policy.

Alteration in order
Make sure to thoroughly check the product information and order in your shopping cart before checking out. If for some reason you need to make a change to your order, you would need to contact us within 24 business hours. As we follow on demand print model, it might not be possible to accommodate your changes without adequate notice. In case you want to cancel the order, we would provide you a store credit in exchange, valid for one year from the date of issue.
